Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

All payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours notice and we’ll set you up at the next best available date that works for our mutual schedules. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and we’ll keep a credit on file for you which you can apply to a future appointment – you won’t receive a refund though. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours is not permitted.
